Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, tested, or damaged after delivery, unless they are faulty or were received in error.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item received is faulty
- The item received is damaged in transit
- The wrong item was supplied
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned in accordance with this policy before a refund can be issued.
