Welcome to the Leitrim Soaps Affiliate Program! We’re excited to work with creators and partners who share our passion for natural, handmade self-care products. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for the Leitrim Soaps Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated occasionally, and your continued participation constitutes agreement to any revisions.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid PayPal account for payouts
- Own or manage a legitimate platform (website, blog, social media page) that aligns with our brand values
We reserve the right to reject applications that involve inappropriate or deceptive content, including but not limited to hate speech, adult content, or misleading claims.
3. Commissions & Payments
- Commission Rate: 15% per qualifying sale (excluding shipping and tax)
- Cookie Duration: 30 days from the customer’s first click
- Payouts: Paid monthly via PayPal once your commission reaches a minimum threshold of €10
- Self-referrals are not allowed
- The commission will be voided in cases of refund, chargeback, or fraud
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote Leitrim Soaps truthfully and authentically
- Not use misleading claims or imitate Leitrim Soaps branding
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationship (e.g., using hashtags like #ad or #affiliate)
- Stay within applicable advertising laws and guidelines
5. Prohibited Practices
You may not:
- Use paid ads that directly compete with Leitrim Soaps’ own ads
- Spam or mass message links
- Offer unauthorized discounts or run fake giveaways
- Misrepresent our products or company in any way
Violation of these policies may lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
You may use approved logos, product images, and text for promotional purposes. You may not modify our logo or claim ownership of any Leitrim Soaps intellectual property.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. You may also remove yourself from the program at any time by contacting us.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Leitrim Soaps will not be liable for indirect damages or income loss caused by system errors, downtime, or tracking failures. We do our best to ensure accurate tracking and fair payouts.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved under Irish jurisdiction.
